What's Included
We pull every leaf, twig, and chunk of shingle grit out of your gutters by hand, flush every downspout to make sure water moves, and visually check for damage — sagging sections, separated joints, loose fascia. If we spot something that needs repair we'll flag it (we don't do gutter repair ourselves, but we'll tell you what we saw). Then we clean up the debris we pulled down so it's not all over your beds.
When to Schedule
Two cleanings a year covers most houses:
- Late fall — after the bulk of leaves are down
- Mid-spring — clears the seedpods, blossoms, and shingle grit that wash down over winter
Heavily wooded lots may need a mid-fall pass too. We'll recommend a cadence based on what we find on the first visit.
One-Time or Seasonal
Most customers go seasonal — book us once and we put you on the spring + fall rotation, so you don't have to remember. One-time cleanings are fine too.

How often should gutters be cleaned?
Twice a year is the standard — spring and late fall. Wooded lots may need a third pass in mid-fall.
Do you repair gutters too?
No, we don't do repair work. We will tell you about anything we spot that looks like it needs attention so you can get a roofer or gutter contractor out.
Do I need to be home?
No. We work from the outside with ladders — no access to the house needed.
What if it's a multi-story home?
We do most two-story homes. Anything taller or steeper-roofed we'll talk through during the quote — sometimes the safest call is a specialty contractor.
