These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://kauscuts.com and the lawn care services provided by Kaus Cuts ("we", "us", "our"). By requesting a quote, booking work, or otherwise using our site and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Our Services
Kaus Cuts provides residential and commercial lawn and property maintenance services — including lawn mowing, mulch and pine straw installation, sod installation, leaf cleanup, core aeration, gutter cleaning, and junk removal — in and around Newton and Walton County, Georgia. The specific services we perform for you are those described in the quote you accept.
Quotes & Estimates
Quotes and estimates are provided in good faith based on the information you give us and, where applicable, an assessment of your property. They are estimates, not binding contracts, and are not a guarantee of final price. The final cost may differ if the actual scope of work, property size, or conditions differ from what was described. If we expect a material change to a quoted price, we'll let you know before proceeding. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Scheduling, Access & Cancellation
- We'll agree on a service date or recurring schedule with you. Timing may shift due to weather, equipment, or other conditions outside our control; we'll do our best to keep you informed.
- You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the property (including gates, pets secured, and vehicles or obstacles cleared) on the scheduled date so we can complete the work.
- To cancel or reschedule a one-time job, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Recurring service can be paused or cancelled at any time by contacting us.
- If we arrive as scheduled and cannot access or service the property through no fault of ours, a trip or cancellation fee may apply.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of service. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to a reasonable late fee and may result in suspension of further service. You are responsible for any costs we incur in collecting past-due amounts.
Satisfaction
We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, contact us within 48 hours of service and we'll make it right — typically by returning to correct the issue.
Limitation of Liability
We perform our services with reasonable care and are licensed and insured. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaus Cuts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for damage arising from conditions outside our reasonable control — such as pre-existing property defects, unmarked or hidden items (irrigation lines, wiring, pet fences, sprinkler heads, or ornaments) that are not clearly visible or disclosed to us in advance, or normal variation in lawn and plant growth. Please flag any hidden hazards or fragile items before work begins. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.
Communications & Text Messages
When you submit a quote request and agree to be contacted, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from us about your quote and service. How we collect, use, and protect your information — and how phone and text-message consent works, including how to opt out — is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
